ShareASale Automate Reconciliation Problem

    When adding a new coupon code, it gives me the option to “Send to ShareASale”. However the box is grayed out so I cannot check it.

    I went to the ShareASale WC Tracker plugin settings and selected “Automate” and entered the “API Token” and “API Secret” credentials and clicked Save Settings.

    Went back to the Coupon and refreshed and it still does not let me select the box to Send to ShareASale.

    Please help!

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the coupon upload feature.

    When you entered your API secret and token, did it save successfully or was there an error at the top of the page after saving? Do you have your ShareASale Merchant ID also entered in the Tracking Settings tab of the plugin?

    Also, what other plugins do you have installed, and what version of WooCommerce and WordPress are you running?
