Shared application feature

Hi everyone.

When I enter an email into the share application input box on the right hand side the mail doesnt go through. Is there anyway to make this work again? I have the latest version of wordpress and job manager.

It used to work fine but since we lost the website with our hosting company this feature had not worked at all.

any help is much appreciated.
