Shared counts buttons not displaying on custom post type

  • I am using shared counts on a WordPress website built with Kadence theme and using Kadence blocks.
    Shared counts works for native posts but not for the custom post types “event” I have created with ACF.

    In the plugin settings, have selected as Supported Post Types: post, event, kadence_element.

    Is there anything else I should click on to make the widget work?
