Shared counts not showing up

    Hi, i’ve installed and configured the plugin with SharedCount.com as the count source. Everything is working fine (I can see the shared counts in backend on each post) but the share text and amounts are not showing on any of the post. I’m using Fast Velocity Minify and WP Fastest Cache for caching but i’ve tried clearing them already.

    Thanks for the message.

    You have “Count Total Only” checked, but have not included the “Total” field in the list of buttons.

    The “Count Total Only” checkbox allows you to have a layout similar to this: https://cl.ly/1Y0E0q470j1r

    Make sure you add the “Total” field, or uncheck that so counts are listed next to each individual service.

    I would also like to suggest adding WhatsApp to the list. Since most viewers are on mobile these days I think it would be very beneficial.
