Hey, we have installed the plugin on a multilingual website. On the German main page everything is fine, but on the EN, IT, FR and ES versions the files do not have the correct link path. Is there a solution for using ‘Shared Files’ on a multilingual website?

    Thx, Christiane

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Thanks for your message. That is really just a feature of the plugin, all file urls begin with “/shared-files/12345/” regardless of language.

I checked the urls in different language versions on your site and they seem to work correctly, but did I miss something? Did you mean that you would like have for example “/it/” in the beginning or “/shared-files/” translated, and what kind of issue is the current form of the file urls causing?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the quick reply!
We want to display the same files in different languages. On the German site the PDF files are displayed correctly, but on all other languages they are not, because the language code is added in the URL. We would need a solution to put the language code before the link.
    /it/shared-files/12345/
    /en/shared-files/12345/
    /es/shared-files/12345/
    /fr/shared-files/12345/

I must apologise, I have found the error. It’s not the plugin.

    SRY!
