shared points in a multisite installation!

Hi there,
we have two separate subsites in a multisite installation of wordpress. both sites has their own shop managers and plugins. we noticed that the points earned by users are shared between these two sites! It’s too bad for us! because each of the sites has separate administrators and departments. Is that possible to make the points completely seprated in each subsite?
