    Hello,

First of all, thank you for this great plugin and the work you’ve done.

I’ve configured a shortcode to display a sharepoint in the “Documents (SharePoint Online / OneDrive) shortcode generator” section.

When I Test the configuration the 4 steps pass with success.

When I display my shortcode in a page I have a first load where I show the columns of the sharepoint then I have a blank page with a file icon with an exclamation mark inside.

I have 2 JS errors in the console “Not able to retrieve files from the requested SharePoint library.” in the file “docsBasic.js” line 23 and 280

Thanks in advance for your help

    Valentin

    Hi @valentinpellegrin

Just to be sure, but when you test this, you yourself did also sign in with Microsoft? If so, then I think the issue may be related to caching. Therefore I recommend that you clear the browser cache and give it another try. If that didn’t work, you can try and clear all site data. The easiest way may be to simply close the browser and open it again. The somewhat harder way is to use your browser’s developer tools (on Windows: Press F12, navigate to the “Application” tab, select the “Storage” menu and click “Clear site data”) and try again.

I have received some feedback that on these occasions the embedded SharePoint Online Library one day later would render magically without errors.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @wpo365,

    Thanks for your answer !

I tested what you said and it made no difference.

    Do you have another idea?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi @valentinpellegrin

You can try and have a look at the Network tab of the console and look for the requests that attempt to load the data. They most likely will show an error and possibly in the response you may find a more technical error.

    Thank you for your patience!
