sharing button and publicize problem

Hi,

I just uploaded my blog yesterday ( monocommemoi.com )and I’m now figuring out how to publicize my post on facebook and twitter.

First, I set Jetpack, making sure it is sync correctly with both FB and Twitter accounts. But after a few test posts, nothing appeared on my FB Timeline nor my Twitter Feed. Is there another way to send my post on those social medias?

Second, I was searching for a share button to put at the bottom of each post but I couldnt find a plugging for that. Any suggestions?
