sharing buttons and google plus profile pic/link not showing

  • Hi

    I’m trying to get my google plus profile link at the bottom of my posts, with the rel=author code in it. I’ve tried disconnecting from wordpress.com and reconnecting, and also disabling other plugins in case there is conflict.

    So farm, nothing!

    I am using a child theme so if there is a way of adding code to sort this then that would be useful – though I’ll need it spelling out as I’m a newbie!

    Also since disconnecting/reconnecting I seem to have lost my stats, is there a way to bring them back?

    Howdy,

    Regarding your stats, it appears on our end that you should still have all of your stats (the site account that was disconnected and reconnected is the same). Are you still not seeing them?

    When you visit the Settings->Sharing page, there is a section to configure your Google+ Authorship. What happens when you try to add it through there?
