Sharing Buttons not Properly Funcitoning on Facebook and Twitter

So many features and plugins for social media. One might think the social media companies might do a solid and provide us little wordpress sites with some official plugins? Am I naive to think this?

Twitter actually has their own official plugin:

Facebook used to as well, but they haven’t updated it in a while:

Don’t worry though, you can count on Jetpack for all that ??
