Sharing buttons on websites with auto loading pages

Facebook and Twitter buttons don’t work well on wordpress websites with auto loading pages i.e. where the previous article is loaded as soon as the person reaches end of the current article (post).

For example, look at this site: https://www.opindia.com/2016/08/some-facts-you-must-know-about-management-of-sports-in-india-and-govt-involvement/

The Facebook and Twitter share buttons are working just fine for the top article, but for the subsequent articles (the URL changes as you scroll down), they don’t work.
