Sharing is caring only appearing sporadically on IE

My tester is reporting that if you are logged in you get the bar and if not you don’t

IE 10

This is happening for me too. Any ideas?

Thanks for bring this to our attention! I tested it out on my end and was able to get the same results. For some websites, it will appear on IE10, and for others it won’t. I do notice if you refresh the page with the missing share buttons, it will appear. Not sure why it doesn’t appear in the first place. I will have to place a ticket for my engineers to take a look at this. I will keep you posted once I get an update. Stay tuned!

I am having this same problem, I want to use Shareaholic on my site however I can not get The Icons to show up on Sidebar or below posts on internet explorer. Website is fieldofsuccess.com I have disabled Shareaholic until I can figure out how to fix this. Your help would be appreciated!!! thank you!

Thanks for the follow-up! I did notice the same issue happening to your site using IE 10, and it does appear on the first try using Chrome and Firefox. Our engineers are aware of the issue and it is on their radar to fix! Sorry it’s taking so long! We have some other issues we are squashing before this one so I will keep you posted once this happens. ??
