    I don’t understand who are the “some people”.
    If it works in a case, but not in another, I can’t figure out why without information about the “some people”.

    In web world, lot of things can break this kind of content: adblockers, browser plugins, etc. Try to be more precise in the some-people’s equipment/context, and I will be able to help you.
