People keep emailing me that the print button doesn’t work and they just get a blank page when clicking/using it. Thus not being able to print anything… This has been a problem before! I would be nice if it would just work (all the time). What can I do to fix/resolve this??

    Hi @vesco27,

I’ve tested the print button functionality on several browsers and found that it works without issues in Chrome Incognito mode, as well as in Firefox and Safari where I’ve confirmed no extensions are active. Here’s a quick demonstration in Chrome Incognito on your site: https://d.pr/v/hEwBrb.

This leads me to believe that the issue may be specific to certain settings or extensions within Chrome’s normal mode. Here’s what I recommend trying next:

    1. Use Chrome in Incognito Mode: This can be a temporary workaround since the issue doesn’t occur in this mode.
    2. Check for Extensions in Chrome: Even though extensions aren’t causing issues in Firefox or Safari, they might be affecting Chrome. Try disabling all extensions in Chrome’s normal mode to see if this resolves the issue.

Please try these steps and let me know if they help. If the problem continues, we can look into other potential causes together.

I will inform them. One person told me the button worked on his pc, but not when using his laptop. He used Google Chrome one both, so it might indeed be some settings…? On my laptop (using Chrome) the button works.

    Sounds like a good plan!

And yes, the issue points to a possible localized issue with the user’s device and/or browser.

Some other follow-up troubleshooting steps to consider would be:

    1. Check for JavaScript Issues:?Users should make sure JavaScript is enabled in their browser settings.
    2. Try Other Browsers:?If users continue to experience issues, suggest that they try using a different browser, like Firefox or Edge, to see if the problem persists.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hi @vesco27,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

Haven’t heard back from anyone, so I guess it’s fine.

Ok, thanks for confirming! We’ll close this thread now, but feel free to post again if something new comes up.
