SharpVault – Blocked because of Malicious Activities

  • I can’t update my home page using the backend! Every time I hit update, I get this on my screen.

    I’m using Avada theme, and the site works great, but only recently it started doing this. It also does it on another page, but not on all pages. If I switch to the live editor, even on the home page, I can make edits just fine, and everything works great…

    I also disabled all plugins but the core theme plugins and a couple others to test and it still does it.

    Plugins still active:
    – Avada core theme plugins
    – Staging site plugin
    – Filter plugin for writing stuff
    – AIOSEO plugin for seo

    The website has a possible firewall/security issue based on the error info provided.

    Do you have any security plugins installed?

    I suggest contacting your hosting provider for further help with this issue. They can analyze the error message and review your firewall and security settings to identify the root cause of the problem and ensure that legitimate activity is not blocked on your website.
