Sheets on front-end not updating after submitting form

Hi, I’ve been using this plugin for people to enter a game and people can see their entry in the list but recently the sheets that are displaying the entries are not updating, the data is submitted but not showing on the font-end. Sometimes it might appear but we need a system where it should update immediately after submitting the form. If you could help me out it would be very helpful. Thank you
