Shield Security Statistical Data
-
Hello!
I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to website security issues, so bear with me. Until recently, I’ve been using Wordfence on all of my sites, but after a week of 10+ “Brute Force” attacks with no failed logins, I’ve become questionable.
I noticed that the developers of this plugin are quite responsive, and I’m hoping they can give a bit of guidance (no tech support needed). I do miss being able to see thorough statistics and information related to blocking. Am I just missing statistical data availability? I see it on the Dashboard, but not in relation to the actual plugin. For example, with Wordfence, you could go to Firewall and see a breakdown of “complex attacks”, “brute force”, “failed logins”, etc. This information is important to me, as the security issue my client encountered are quite probably related to someone he actually knows based on failed login information. Is there something like this for Shield that I’m just overlooking?
Other than that, I’m loving the plugin thus far.
Thank you in advance for any guidance or advice!
