    I’m having a problem sending Shift Emails to just 1 of my 11 employees. When I publish her shifts she gets an email but the email says “this message has no content”. For all of my other employees it works as expected and provides a list of their shifts.

    I’ve tried completely deleting her as a user (including deleting her from the tables in myphpadmin) and then re-adding her but I’m still having the same issue.

    I’m not sure what else to do to troubleshoot this. Any tips? I am using the Premium version of Shiftcontroller

    I ended up contacting the Developer through another method and they were able to resolve my problem. It was an issue with that employee’s spam filter.

    I had that employee add my email address to her address book and the Shiftcontroller developers “applied a small fix to the email sending part” to remove any weird characters that might show up in emails from Shiftcontroller.
