Shift for the first Post

In first time : thank’s and congrats for your stuff ??

I just have an issue but I think it’s due to my Theme. I have a shit for the first Post (the space is empty, and th post is simply shit to next column).

I found content: ""; in my css theme and this issue solve when I disable it in my Browser dev tool. But impossible to overload in additionnal CSS.

Do you know this problem ?
