Ship to a different address? fields diappear after activating this plugin

    Hello,

    When I activate YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin in checkout page I can see “Ship to a different address? ” checkbox. But when i click it shipping address fields are not shown.
    If i deactivate the plugin then it works.

    YITH WooCommerce Wishlist- 2.2.1 version
    WooCommerce-3.3.4
    wordpress 4.9.4
    Flatsome theme 3.5.0

    hope you are doing well! ??

    Seem that the issue is due to an incompatibility with some overwritten template or maybe a conflict with the theme filter. To check this, can you change your theme to a default one from WordPress and check if the problem persist?
