Ship to a different address for guest

I’m not quite sure if I understand your support request. Which statement in the “Ship to a different address” do you want to hide when there is no address?

Which expression appears when entering the address as a guest user? It would be great if you can share with us some screenshots to help understand your problem or question.

Thank you for the screenshots. This is not available by default in WooCommerce where you get the option to hide the Ship to a different address until the billing address is added.

The second image that you shared where is there is a button to enable on the top, might be possible with some customization since I couldn’t find a plugin that might work for you.
