Ship to a different address not displaying

Hi, guys, hope you’re doing well.
Need some help here.
I have the latest version of WordPress, Woocommerce and Enfold theme installed here, but can’t make the “Ship to a different address” show up on the checkout page.

I have run over settings again and again and neither the sentence itself nor the checkbox show up. Tried different solutions from foruns but nothing helped.

Tried changing to a standard wordpress theme and nothing happened.
Tried disabling all plugins (except woocommerce) but nothing happened.

Also tried different settings for Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping.

I have a shippig zone set up and at the moment my shipping options are:

Calculations – Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page
Shipping destination – Default to customer shipping address (also tried Default to customer billing address).

My product is a Variable Product.

Hours over it and no progress.
Can I get any help?
