Ship to billing address? -> not working

Hi
I recently updated to 2.1.5 from 2.0.3 and now the tickbox “Ship to billing address? ” doesn’t work. It doesn’t fold out the alt. shipping address fields. Also, for some reason the text is in english instead of my Swedish translation.
