Hi, thanks in advance for your help.

As you can see in the link, the ‘ship to different address’ is visible on a desktop computer but is not visible on a tablet or mobile device.

Could you please provide advice as to how I can make it show?

    Thanks!

The problem is actually that if we set billing to all countries and shipping to only available in Australia, the option of ‘ship to a different address’ does not show for other countries (UK, US, etc).

This is obviously problematic logically, as what is the point of being able to ship and sell to different countries if the plugin will not allow a different shipping address than billing address for nonshipping countries.

Does anyone know how I can make this work?

I want to have a ‘ship to different address’ or simply a ‘shipping address’ (in Australia) for countries where we sell but do not ship to.

    Thanks ??

    Hey Sarah!

Thanks for reaching out. I tried out the checkout page on your site and I did see the issue just as you described. The option to enter a shipping address would only appear if I selected Australia as the Billing country.

That’s not how the system is designed to work. I test on my development site by setting my sell-by to all countries and the shipping countries to only be Australia. At checkout the ship to checkbox was present regardless of the billing country. I could use a billing address from anywhere, but only ship to Australia.

Here are my shipping settings to see how they compare to yours:

    shipping options

    countries

You can see if any changes to these make a difference. If not, then I would recommend a conflict test to see what’s preventing this from working as designed. You may want to do that on a staging site to keep from disrupting your live site.

Temporarily switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme. Then disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. See if you can check out and select a shipping address at checkout. If you can then turn your theme back on. Then try again. Continue testing by enabling plugins. When it stops working, the last item activated will likely be the source of the trouble.

Let me know how it goes and we’ll take it from there.

    Cheers

Thanks so much for your help, Three Sons!

I think it might be my local pickup plugin that is causing the conflict.

There is also a great plugin that lets you test which plugin/theme is causing the problem on a website behind the scenes without changing anything on the live site. It is called: Health Check and Troubleshooting. I think it is made by WordPress.com

I hope you have a nice day. Thanks again ??
