    Hi
    Just downloaded your plugin and wanted to add a provider but id doesn’t show any. It says: “No Shipping Providers Found.”, no matter what I search for.
    Do you have a solution for this problem?

    Hi @bestminerals,

    Reset the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

    To reset the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers and check the ‘Reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database’ and synch the database.

    Thank you for your fast reply. I tried it but it still doesn’t work. It still says
    “You have no shipping provider.”
    “No Shipping Providers Found.”

    Hi, Maybe you have a conflict issue of some jQuery issue. Check your console and check if there is any jQuery error in it. Also, try to deactivate all your plugins instead of AST and WooCommerce and reset the shipping provider’s list to check if issues still happen.
