    Hello good time
I am in Iran and I want to send packages to all countries of the world. I enable shipping to all countries from the WooCommerce > configuration section, but I have a problem on the invoice page. In this way, if I select any country, only the cities of Iran are displayed and the city of the selected country is not shown.
How should I solve this problem?

    Hi @mohsen2677

Just to make sure I understand clearly, are you suggesting that we share the testing site we use to investigate this issue on our end?

However, I’ve checked the thread from the beginning, and it seems that the number of replies is growing, but a solution hasn’t been found yet. Since the issue you’re experiencing doesn’t happen with the default installation, and we can’t even reproduce it, it’s pretty clear that a customization or plugin you’ve added is causing the problem. It might be the Farsi WooCommerce plugin that’s causing this issue. To troubleshoot the issue, I would request you to contact the plugin developer, or you can also seek help from the following:

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

I completely removed the Farsi WooCommerce plugin and then tested it, but there is a problem. Therefore, the problem is not with WooCommerce Persian plugin.

    Hello @mohsen2677,

Could you please confirm if you have tried running a full conflict test as suggested earlier?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

Let us know once you have done a conflict test!

I found the problem and it has to do with the submit plugin.
Can you tell me what I should do to fix this interference?

There is an extension for this person. How should I communicate with them and explain the problem to them?
Exactly where and which part can I talk to him?

    Hello @mohsen2677,

If you have added the plugin directly from the www.ads-software.com plugins directory, you can find a support page link similar to this from the plugin URL.

If not, please share the plugin link so that we can redirect you to their support.

    Thanks!

I downloaded the plugin from the WordPress repository

I found it and told them the problem.
Just one question: What alternative plugin do you recommend?
I use this plugin to send order tracking code SMS to the customer. And it is easier to use than other plugins.

In this way, we only put the code in the part that I specified in the picture, and then the code is sent to the user via SMS.

    Hi @mohsen2677

It’s great to hear that you’ve identified the issue and contacted the plugin developers.

As for the alternative plugin, you might consider the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce or Order Tracking for WooCommerce plugin. These plugins allow you to add shipment tracking information to your orders, and the tracking information will be included in emails sent to the customer. However, these don’t send SMS notifications by default.

For the SMS functionality, you can use the SMS for WooCommerce or Twilio SMS Notifications plugin. This plugin allows you to send updates via SMS to customers when their order status changes.

Before you switch to any new plugin, I recommend setting up a staging site and testing the new plugin there first to ensure it meets your requirements and works well with your other plugins and theme.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Hello mohsen2677,

    Thank you for your reply.

If the plugin developers are not responding then it is better to start looking for an alternate solution.
I recommend that you consult a professional developer who can guide you through the complete process.

You may find a local developer or at platforms like WooExperts and Codeable.
Let me know if you have any questions.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards.
