Shipment address

    Hello,

    I have an online store on Woocommerce. My company / head office is domiciled in Paris but I will ship my packages from my home in the North of France. In the “general” and “store settings” section, which address should I add: business address or my home address where the products will be shipped? Since they won’t be shipped from Paris anyway.

    What WooCommerce considers a store address?

    Store address:
    Defines your shop’s address country and state, where you are based as a seller. It determines default tax rates and customer locations.

    Please check a similar question found in this forum thread.

    An alternative solution is adding a second physical location using the plugin: Stock Locations for WooCommerce. (For example, this will provide more clarity to your customers in case there is a return so that they will know clearly where the product is coming from).

    You can add stock to that second location, and the customer can select the location when purchasing.
