    I have set up and account with ups and installed and activated easypost plugin. ups, fedex, and usps have been activated on my easypost.com account. all three have also been activated in my easypost plugin on my website. when I enter a shipping “to” address on checkout page of website, rates are generated for usps and fedex but not ups. I contacted esaypost twice and they say that the above error code keeps being generated.

  • Hi,

    Please turn on the developer mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and share the debug data here.

    Make sure you remove the API key from the debug data so that It will not be misused by others.

    hello,

    I went to plugin settings and did not see “developer mode”. however, when in debug for ups, the following error is generated.

    usps and fedex still working fine. ups not generating rates due to above error.

    anything I need to do, just let me know. thanks!

    The error message states that the ship from address set in the plugin settings is missing few information, The state code suppose to be a 2 ISO code, or if its a dropdown you’ll have to select a state for the ship from address,
