• In the Email Type “Customer Completed Order” there is a Tracking Information section for shipment tracking numbers. When emails are sent the UPS tracking number is displayed correctly in the Tracking Number column of the email but the “Track” link does not work and is not clickable. Is there a way to change the “Track” link so it automatically links to the UPS website with the tracking number?

    Our plugin doesn’t handle tracking information. You would have to be adding that with another plugin, I suggest talking with that plugin author about how it’s adding content into the emails.
