I am using the woocommerce email customizer with the WooCommerce Shipping Tracking plugin. I want to use a shortcode in the email template to just include the tracking id associated with order.

On the order page from admin panel, on the right side under Tracking Code table it has shipping company and tracking number filled out.

I am using shortcode [woo_mb_order_meta-tracking_id] and it only displays shortcode text.

What is the proper shortcode to show tracking id only in a email?

    Hi there,

The WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension does not include any shortcodes for displaying tracking numbers. There’s some information in the extension documentation about how the order meta data is stored at the link below — the tracking number is stored as tracking_number in an array with meta_key _wc_shipment_tracking_items tied to the order:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/shipment-tracking/#section-4

With that said, as this is not part of the core WooCommerce plugin functionality, this is not the appropriate place for discussing the Shipment Tracking functionality.

If you are using the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension from WooCommerce.com, for other questions please open a support ticket from the account you purchased the extension under here:
    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket

On the other hand, if you are using a different plugin to add the Shipment Tracking functionality to your site, please contact the developers of the plugin you are using to ask about this.

    Thank you!
