Shipment Tracking keep loading after insert tracking info

    Hi, the shipment tracking in backend order page is keep loading after I insert the tracking info. Even I had updated the plugin to the latest version still has this problem. May I know how to fix it?

    Hi @thoongchunonn,

    It’s possible that there’s a conflict with another plugin. To troubleshoot this issue, could you please try deactivating all other plugins except for AST and WooCommerce, and then checking to see if the issue persists?

    Hi @zorem , I found a plugin called “EasyParcel – Delivery Made Easy” cause this problem. I already deactivate this plugin and the shipment tracking is working now.
