• Hi there,

I am using LOCO translate and changed strings for “Shipped” and “Shipped on” which is in the sent out email, but did not see any update in the emails.

Can you please help where can I edit this text? Is this a pro feature or so?

    Thank you!

In which language do you want to translate it?

Site language Hungarian. Admin language En (US).

I’ve used LOCO for both, replaced all similar strings without result. ??

    Hi @barthdesigns,

We don’t have a translation for Hungarian language in our plugin file. You can add new language for translation in hungarian and translate the text.

    Thanks

Thanks, can you please guide me on this? No luck with LOCO.

In Loco translate you can create a new language for Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce plugin and do a translation from their.

Yes of course! This was the first thing I did. I did translate all “Shipped” and “Shipped on” texts. Still it shows in English.

Sorry, but the issue (thread) is not resolved :/

Here is the image – still in the email I see it non-translated, in English.

Try with change the admin language to Hungarian and check again the tracking widget in email.

You mmean whole website admin lang? Ok, for testing I can do that, but would like to keep it English on a longer term.

For this reason, if English is used, I’ve added EN-US kn LOCO and changed the original strings to Hungarian. Still doesn’t work :/

    Hi @barthdesigns,

We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue on our development store. Try to deactivate all other plugins excpet the AST and WooCommerce and Loco Translate and check again.

    Thanks

    Hello,

So you’ve tested: admin user language set to EN (US) and site language is set to Hungarian?

    (@gaurav1092)

Yes I have tested with admin user language set to EN (US) and site language is set to Hungarian.
