The user must select shipping rate from the select list, they can not complete the order without selecting shipping.

Okay, thank you. I see that they are redirected to do that, if they don’t choose it. There are times where when the user clicks on Proceed to Checkout, after choosing the shipping rate, that the website acts as though its going to continue to paypal but then it redirects back to the check out page, without going to paypal. This seems to happen most on Internet Explorer but not on Chrome or Firefox.

Is there a reported problem with Internet Explorer and Orilla Cart? Users who are using Internet Explorer are stating that when they Proceed To Checkout, it just takes them back to the page where you fill out the billing and shipping infor. Please advise. Thank you. Amanda

There is no reported issues regarding IE.
What is the IE version that create such problem?
