• Hi, we have been testing the plugin for a few days. It seems that the shipping address is not overwritten with respect to the default one on paypal. This seems like a big problem since paypal can sanction you. Do you have a solution? Thank you

    Hello @paolo1234,
I’m not sure I understood the issue. Could you please provide more details? Maybe some screenshots could be helpful.

Hello. I think I understand that I have a similar issue. @paolo1234 please correct me if this is not the case and I’ll start a different support thread.

When the customer returns from PayPal Express Checkout the Billing and Shipping address is automatically populated to the WooCommerce order.
For the seller to have PayPal Seller Protection the Shipping Address must not be changed. It must be the same as shown on the PayPal transaction.
Unfortunately, when the customer returns from PayPal Express Checkout to the Woo Checkout page to confirm the order it is possible for them to change the Shipping Address.

My question is: Is there any way to stop the customer being able to change the shipping address. The plugin should not allow this and should only allow the same shipping address as in the PayPal transaction.

Thank you for your help. I hope this is the same question that was originally being asked.

The way we found it, switch plugins, this is not suitable. Thank you
