Shipping address at Aliexpress

    Hello,

    I got the plugin working and tried to place a test order. However the shipping at aliexpress on the checkout page is not the one on the order.

    Is that part manual? or did i miss something?

    Hi,

    The shipping at aliexpress you set when import products, then when you fulfill the order must be automatic with the one you set. Did you set your shipping method at this step? https://prnt.sc/tfolv1

    Yes that’s set

    I am referring to the shipping address. Not shipping method.

    On last page of checkout the address is not taken from woocommerce order.

    Is this normal? Do I enter addressed manually at checkout?

    Hi,
    Shipping address is supposed to be filled automatically.
    Maybe the shipping country is not supported or shipping address is not fully provided, missing zip…
    Do you see this https://prnt.sc/td99k3 when fulfilling your aliexpress orders?

    It FILLS the shipping address but not the correct address. It takes address from another order.

    Ok i deleted all addresses in Aliexpress account.

    Now when i place order there is no address,, just empty form fields…

    I’m also having this issue – customer address is not entered into Aliexpress

    Yeh, same thing is happening with me now . Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and the chrome extension but still not working properly. Any support is appreciated

    Hi there,

    Make sure the customers’ shipping addresses do not include the accented letters.
    Enter the correct shipping address, shipping country is supported.

    No, it still doesn’t work. Developer console is throwing “Error handling response: ReferenceError: vi_wad_show_message is not defined” message

    Perfect, latest version on Chrome store has fixed the problem.
