Shipping address does not appear in Paypal after upgrade to WPEC 3.9.3

Today I updated to WPEC 3.9.3 from 3.8.13.4. I refrained from previously updating to 3.9 because of problems with how product categories were displaying throughout my site. Those issues did not appear with 3.9.3, but another problem surfaced.
Normally during checkout, customers enter their country and state via the Premium Shipping plugin, shipping charges are calculated, and they link through to Paypal, which populates their Paypal account’s default shipping address. Our shipping program only pulls addresses from Paypal, not from WPEC, so I prefer to use customers’ Paypal addresses instead of having them enter an address.
But upon updating to 3.9.3, when you link to Paypal, your Paypal shipping address does not appear, and you’re able to complete the transaction without your Paypal shipping address ever appearing. So until I realized what was happening, I received several orders today with no shipping information at all, just with a name and email address. Upon reverting to 3.8.13.4, everything is back to normal.
Any idea what’s happening? I would like to update to 3.9.3 without this issue.
