Shipping address does not display

I have tried to replicate the issue on my side but unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate the issue.

I have placed some orders and it was showing the shipping address on the print invoice.

Can you please let me know that the selected value of the “Shipping destination” setting? This setting is located in WooCommerce – Settings – Shipping – Shipping option menu. Please check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/heo7l8

Thank you for that. I have looked again: the issue occurs where a customer enters a shipping address that is different to their billing address. If the two addresses are the same both appear; if not only the billing address.
I have checked the shipping destination settings, these are as per your screenshot.

Can you please let me know that shipping address is different means country and all fields are different than the billing address?

It would be great if you can share with me a video or the screenshots, so I can understand it and help fix it.

I have tried by changing some of the shipping address fields, but it was showing me shipping and billing address both in the print invoice.

We have the the same basic issue – when a customer orders, both billing and shipping addresses appear – same or different but when we place an order manually through our Wpadmin, only the billing address appears. This is a great plugin – hope this small thing can be fixed!

Having the same issue as JohnLaw3742…
Billing and Shipping address appear if the customer places the order, but if the admin places the order for the customer, only the billing address appears on the Print invoice or delivery note.
This happens if the addresses are the same or different.

The shipping address appears when you add the shipping information in the admin while creating the order. You can add the shipping information by clicking on the ‘Add items’ button on Edit Order page.

I Using WooCommerce (last version) and Print Invoice & Delivery Note on uniquebabybr.com ) but the delivery note does not show the SHIPPING ADDRESS , only billing address.

I need do show the SHIPPING ADDRESS only .

I too have the same issue as @eudis – the delivery note only shows the Billing address, not the Shipping address.

Did you create the order manually from the admin side? If yes, then can you check if you added the shipping information? You can add the shipping information by clicking on the ‘Add items’ button on Edit Order page.

No I did not create it manually either.

This was a feature that worked some months back – I used to have both Billing and Shipping address shown on the Delivery Note.

Now it is only the Billing address that shows and that does not make a lot of sense as the Shipping is more important on the Delivery note.

The shipping address is displayed on the delivery note when I tested on my local site.

Can you tell me your process while placing the order? Did you set a different shipping address or was it the same as billing address? Also, did you use any specific shipping method or any other plugin for shipping methods?

On the check out page of my website there is a tick box which says ‘Ship to a different address’ whether this is ticked or not the Billing Address is still the only address which shows on the Delivery note.

The website with this issue has had about 100 orders placed recently where only the Billing Address shows… a few months back it worked fine.

With that many orders from customers there has been people who have selected different shipping addresses and some who have not, people who selected delivery or others who selected pick up – either way the result is the same… no shipping address on the delivery note but the Billing address always shows.
