    Hi,

    For some reason, since two weeks, the shipping address is not displayed on the emails I send out, only the billing address is shown.
    I know customers enter their shipping address because I can see it in the order details in woocommerce.
    I have no idea why this is happening.
    Could you help me? What do I need to check?

    Have you made any recent updates?

    I think the issue you have could be related to a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin installed on your site.

    As a first step, please try performing a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then make a purchase test to check if the issue persists.

    If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Before proceeding, please make sure that you have a backup of your site and database in place, and if something goes wrong, you can restore your site to a functioning state.
