• Hello

As I have a lot of options for customers, I always print the order email I receive after an order has been placed. The last few orders don’t include the billing or the shipping addresses, phone number of the customer or the email of the customer. This is extremely important as I often have to contact the customer if I have a query.

I have Woocommerce Paypal and using Paypal Express Checkout.

If you could look into this and let me know if it is a Woocommerce or Paypal plugin problem.

    Many thanks

We have a few reports of this, but we’ve been unable to reproduce it ourselves. We’ve had other reports that caching was causing the issue, so please make sure you have cleared out any caching and/or CDN services you have running in WordPress or on the server directly.

We are working to make adjustments to avoid such issues entirely in our 1.4.5 update, and I’ll respond here again when this particular is fixed so you can grab the update early if you’d like to (although we’ll be releasing it not long after this is fixed anyway).

Actually, I just took a look and I think we already do have this resolved in our release branch: https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/archive/release.zip

If you download that, extract the files, and then upload manually to your server overwriting the existing plugin files (then remember to clear caching / CDN as mentioned) it should fix the issue.

If you could verify that would be great!
