Shipping adresse leave empty if no result

  • Hi,

    I have the output of billing-adress (single fields) and shipping address.
    I need the shipping address (all the single fields) left blank if the shipping address isn‘t filled out.
    By default (as it looks like) the shipping-address-fields are filled with the billing data.

    How can I achieve this?

    btw: I have the PRO version enabled

    please, open section “Misc Settings” and
    turn off “Shipping fields use billing details (if shipping address is empty)”

    I have turned off already before “Shipping fields use billing details (if shipping address is empty)”. It‘s unchecked. Still having this issue.

    please, visit >WooCommerce>Orders, edit order, try to edit shipping address.
    Will you see all empty fields?

    well, shipping address is always filled in, even though I have not checked the “send to another address” at the (test)orders (logged in or logged out).
    So I have to find the issue at woocommerce settings, right?

    Probably, you use “Default to customer billing address”

    Hi,

    well, there‘s “Default to customer billing address” checked. That should be correct, right? Also tried checking “Force shipping address” and unchecking at cart. The shipping address is always filled in.

    So probably I have to contact the woocommerce-support for this issue.
