    Put something in the cart and go to check out. On computer all 4 shipping options show. On mobile only 2 shows and the way the text aligned looks strange.

    Hi there @selinasevil,

    On desktop, I get two shipping methods when testing with a US address:

    * Traceable with insurance (4-6 days): $32
    * Not traceable without insurance (12-15 days): $18

    What are the other methods you expect to see?

    Im expecting to see same result on mobile as i do on computer.

    On computer the result is:

    Normal 1-5 days: 49kr
    Trackable 1-2 days: 69kr
    Insured 1-2 days: 149kr
    Collect at your dance class at Dans?z

    @selinasevil using a Swedish address, I get all four of those shipping methods on both desktop and iPhone (Safari, iOS 14). See this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/DHY2O8

    What kind of mobile device are you using to test? I’d suggest checking the site under other conditions:

    • A different browser
    • A different mobile device

    Did you look at mobile view in the computer? Cause there it looks good.

    But if you look in an actual phone (in my case and my whole offices phones) then it totally diffrent, only 2 methods are showing. And they are 3 times higher the my standard shipping so im not making any sales since this happened.

    Pls check in a real iphone.

    @selinasevil Yes, I checked on a real phone—the screenshot shows it is on an iPhone.

    Can you share a screenshot of how you see it on the mobile devices? A screenshot upload service like Snipboard can help: https://snipboard.io/

    Also, please share:

    • The post code and city of the address you are testing at checkout
    • A screenshot of the flat rate costs for that shipping zone which you have set at WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones

    @selinasevil if you are checking the costs on the Cart page, those costs will be different once an address is entered at checkout.

    The Cart page calculates default shipping based on the location you have set at WooCommerce → Settings → Default customer location. We have more on that at this page.

    You can choose to hide shipping costs until an address is entered at WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Options by selecting “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”. More on that here.

    Hi again

    Even if options are diffrent, should they not be the same on mobile and computer? I have 4 options on computer and 2 on mobile.

    I aldready tried to hide shipping costs like u describe above. I now did it again. Then I have no shipping costs at all on the site. All items are being sold without shipping cost on computer.

    And on mobile it starts “thinking” like it will add shipping costs but then it does not.

    I put swedish address on both.

    Issue still remains, but i did have to deactivate the “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”, cause customers started to order, and no shipping options appears, so their orders are basically with free shipping.

    @selinasevil I am still unable to reproduce the problem you’ve described. When I use the address from your screenshots, I get all four shipping methods at checkout on both desktop and mobile. Please see these screenshots:

    Could you please send a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Hi I can send that

    But the problem is not the checkout page.

    Problem is if i show shipping its incorrect at car page, if i hide shipping i donw have any shipping options at all on mobile or laptop.

    @selinasevil I would suggest setting the “Default customer location” to “No location by default” at WooCommerce → Settings → General Options. This will require customers to enter a shipping address in order to get a rate that matches their actual location. See screenshot: https://d.pr/i/KsRYcJ

    Please also make sure that WooCommerce, WordPress, and all other plugins are up to date.
