Shipping always fails to get billed with one payment gateway

All of my customers paying with a particular payment gateway (‘Bambora PayForm for Woocommerce’) get accidentally a free shipping, i.e. the shipping method doesn’t get selected at all. This is quite annoying and it’s costing me money daily, since I don’t want to cause inconvenience to my customers by asking for the missed shipping fee separately afterwards.

No other payment plugin in use (Verifone, Stripe, Svea) fails to include shipping, so the root cause for this issue must be in Bambora’s plugin.

Can you provide any idea how to start solving this issue? What could be causing the conflict from the side of Tyche Softwares Custom Shipping Methods? What are you doing differently than Woocommerce’s default shipping selection?
