    There is an issue on the checkout page: This is the scenario

    1. Where customer will Enter the Zip Code on Billing Section and no info on Address Section. this is what I see on the Shipping Rate: https://i.imgur.com/mC3F9ii.png

    The logic behind choosing the “Default to customer Shipping Address” value is that, Woocommerce will choose the Billing Zip Code IF the DEFAULT Shipping Zip Code is missing.

  • Same here… this BUG is there since 7.5.0 ,,, i roll back to 7.4.1 and all is working.. i hope they will fix it soon.. Thx for Feedback if there is a Solution.

    Can you provide us a screenshot of your shipping zones that are under WooCommerce > shipping > shipping zones where we can see the shipping zones and shipping methods? Is the issue affecting all Zip codes or specific zip codes?

    Yes it affects all Zip Codes in Washington US

    Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

    Checking your site’s checkout page, I can confirm the issue here as seen below. This happens when only the Billing Details field is filled up.

    However, when I click the Ship to a different address? option and input details there, the shipping costs is calculated:

    I replicated the settings on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Shipping costs/options are displayed regardless if I checked the Ship to a different address? option on my end:

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
