Shipping and change of address in the shopping cart

    Hello,
    someone could explain to me why the city appears in the expedition line: Asti

    Immediately below is the line to change the address (I would like to delete it)
    I don’t understand why, as the billing and shipping information will have to be entered on the next page.
    I tried to see in the settings but can’t find the way
