Shipping and Coupons

    First, thank you for taking the time to answer this question regarding Shipping and the Shopping Cart for Woocommerce.

    When entering a free shipping coupon code, the Free shipping option appears as well as the Shipping USPS. The buyer needs to select Free Shipping Coupon in order to get free shipping.

    Question: Why isn’t it defaulting to Free shipping? Both the Free Shipping and Shipping appear, as shown below.

    CART TOTALS

    Subtotal$40.00

    Coupon: 3ax3dbyc

    Free shipping coupon: Shipping Free

    Shipping USPS:?$24.00

    Total: $40.00

    Checking your site’s checkout page, I was able to reproduce the issue here:

    To understand your site properly, please share with us screenshots of the following settings below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Shipping Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Additionally, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Here is the only WooCommerce log which occurred when I tried exporting the products to Google Shopping:  2023-01-21T10:21:54+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Notes\NoteInitializer::add_notes Merchant Center account is not set up.
