• I am using the latest WP, the newest Jigoshop and the updated plugin for USPS Jigoshop. Two issues are (still) occurring.

    1. Olaf mentioned that in the new update, the (Hide Out of Stock Products) bug would be corrected. The new update has NOT fixed the issue. I have dozens of items that are still showing and muddying up the website. Yes, I can go in and manually set them to Private, but that will take longer than I should have to when the option to hide them is in the Settings. Please advise.

    2. I have several shipping options clicked to “on” within the Dashboard (largely UPS, USPS with several methods to choose from under each). Upon calculating the shipping, only one option is forced on the shopping cart and the rest of the options are technically there but disappear unless you, as a customer, re-click the Calculate Shipping link to see them. As a customer, I would be totally confused as to why I can’t select my own method of shipping. Again, it’s THERE, but not shown to the customer unless one were to click the Calculate Shipping again. It took me three times of messing with the cart to figure this out and I am the website owner…if I couldn’t figure it out, how will my customers who want a smooth experience? How can this be fixed?

    1. Products should be hidden. I test it on my own site, and products automatically changes their status to hidden when they are out of stock.
    2. As this is problem with paid extensions can you send temporary admin and ftp details to [email protected], also I will take a closer look on your problem with out of stock products.

    1. Unfortunately, they are still not hiding on mine. I had to go in and manually set them all to Private in order for them to not appear. That took quite a while. The box is clicked that says “hide out of stock items” and the products read “out of stock” on the Products page, so I can’t quite figure out why they wouldn’t just automatically hide. I have noticed they disappear if any of the variations are out of stock, but not the main Product itself. I don’t know if this helps us to solve the mystery. Please let me know of any progress on this.
