Shipping and Tax Calculation Errors

    Greetings!

    Just two problems I am having.

    First,

    The tax amounts and totals do not show AT ALL during checkout. I have tried everything and it seems not to work. When I change the settings to do the tax totals together instead of itemized it shows $0 for taxes.

    Second,

    The word “Shipping” appears above the price table. And if you select a different shipping option, “Shipping” appears again over the original “shipping” text. Essentially, “shipping” is in the wrong place and duplicates when everytime a shipping method is selected.

    Please advise. ??
