Shipping basic broken…

    Hi I have been using the basic plugin for some time but tonight i see all of my shipping rate tables have disappeared – i think an update has killed it – is this a known issue, can it be fixed please, my tables were complex and i could not recreate them easily

    help please

    Ideally the data should not have gone. Can you please provide us a screenshot of the settings page?

    sorry but i could not have it not working so changed for another weight-based shipping plugin.

    I don’t know if the data was there but the “weight based shipping(Basic)” tab was missing from the settings screen, and no calculations were being made on orders.

    No problem.
    We tried updating and did not find any problems with the tab disappearing. Let us know if you face this issue anytime in the future. We will surely help and fix this.
