shipping boxer configuration – 2 issues

    I can understand the usps plugin showing priority flat rate ship costs, (based on product size and weight).

    1st Issue:
    Curious why the plugin shows reginoal priority shipping, while I am in the cart and shopping, before I go to checkout and before shipping address is even completed in checkout?

    How does the website/usps know where I am when I’m filling a cart before checkout.

    2nd Issue:
    My shipping is from Michigan (zone1) and my ship to is in florida (zone6).
    USPS priority regional shipping says 6.01$ and it should be 8.95$.
    How usps could shipping be so far off, not recognizing their own zones?

    Please advise in both issues.
