Shipping by Country

  • If a vendor uses the ‘shipping by country’ type and only sets rates for one country ie: ‘New Zealand’ – then when a customer checks out and sets their shipping address country to ‘Australia’ it states ‘Free Shipping’.

    The expectation was that it would display ‘No shipping to this region’ or similar.

    Is there a way to only allow the country drop down for the shipping address selection to be restricted to only the countries that the store vendors have set up in ‘Shipping by Country’? – or to restrict free shipping being shown to countries not defined with rates.

    – Have you setup Shipping as Admin under WooCommerce Shipping setting?

    Have you setup any shipping method for “Australia” zone?

    Thanks but I was referring to the use of “Marketplace Shipping by Country”, not shipping by zone.

    But I was asked, have you setup shipping zones under WooCommerce shipping setting?
